Our services are provided on a project basis as agreed upon in individual service agreements with our clients.

All content, features, and functionality on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Reflekt Lab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Client data remains the property of the client at all times.

We treat all client data and business information as confidential. Our AI solutions are deployed on dedicated servers or within client infrastructure, ensuring that sensitive information remains within secure environments. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

Reflekt Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the service relationship as outlined in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, we will securely delete or return all client data as requested, in accordance with our data retention policies.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bordeaux, France.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
