Who we are

Reflekt Lab is a software studio in Bordeaux. We design custom products — ERPs, CRMs, and B2B back-offices — plus the AI that clears the manual data work: turning messy emails, documents, and voice notes into clean, usable data.

We're more than an engineering team: engineering, product, and business sit at the same table, from the first conversation to production. We take the time to understand the business case before a line of code gets written, we stay focused on the few things that actually move the needle, and we sweat the UX — because software nobody wants to use isn't really a product. Building things that are genuinely useful, and a pleasure to use, is the part we're passionate about.

We work with SaaS editors, distributors, and SMEs who have outgrown spreadsheets and brittle tools, and want software shaped around how they actually work, not the other way around.
