From a 90-tab pricing spreadsheet to one web app
The estate sells through distribution agents — each with a territory and a roster of producers — and priced everything (every cuvée, bottle format, zone and channel, wholesale and delivered) in one Excel workbook that had grown past ninety interlinked tabs. It sat quiet for months, then came alive each January when the new tariffs go out. We rebuilt it as one application with a real data model and a formula engine that catches mistakes without ever taking the pen out of the estate's hand.

Why we built our own CRM — and run it on 90+ MCP tools
We wanted one tool where most teams juggle three: the sequencing of an outreach platform like Lagrowthmachine, the flexibility of a fully customised Salesforce (without the licence, the consultants, or the dated UX), and built-in enrichment — plus several products, each with its own funnel, living on one account, and small AI touches throughout. No product did all of it, so we built ours. It runs our whole pipeline, and it's the same kind of back-office platform we build for clients.
