Real examples of what we build — from replacing a 90-tab spreadsheet with a custom app to running our own CRM on 90+ MCP tools.
Casa Europa Inc · High-end surfaces & interiors
Casa Europa Inc (which represents Porcelanosa in the Philippines) sits at the luxury end of surfaces and interiors, where a single quote can run into the tens of millions of pesos for a developer or a landmark project. At that level a pricing slip isn't a rounding error — it's margin and brand reputation on the line. Their team kept the numbers right the hard way, with careful, repeated checks on every spreadsheet. We built a quotation and pricing platform where quotes are correct by construction — so that precision is built in instead of hand-policed, every price traces to an approved source, and the document that reaches the client looks the part.
A wine estate in the Languedoc · Wine & spirits
The estate sells through distribution agents — each with a territory and a roster of producers — and priced everything (every cuvée, bottle format, zone and channel, wholesale and delivered) in one Excel workbook that had grown past ninety interlinked tabs. It sat quiet for months, then came alive each January when the new tariffs go out. We rebuilt it as one application with a real data model and a formula engine that catches mistakes without ever taking the pen out of the estate's hand.
Reflekt Lab (in-house) · B2B software · internal tooling
We wanted one tool where most teams juggle three: the sequencing of an outreach platform like Lagrowthmachine, the flexibility of a fully customised Salesforce (without the licence, the consultants, or the dated UX), and built-in enrichment — plus several products, each with its own funnel, living on one account, and small AI touches throughout. No product did all of it, so we built ours. It runs our whole pipeline, and it's the same kind of back-office platform we build for clients.
Qortex — a retail platform for small merchants in the UAE · Retail platform · UAE
This engine is what makes that habit workable at scale. For Qortex, a retail platform for small merchants, we built the voice-to-order piece: a free-form WhatsApp voice note becomes a structured order, matched to the right product in the merchant's catalogue — even when the words are ambiguous and the messages arrive in a rush.
