Crafted CRM LinkedIn Assistant — Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains how the Crafted CRM LinkedIn Assistant browser extension handles your data. It applies to the extension specifically and complements the main Reflekt Lab Privacy Policy. The extension is provided for use by Crafted CRM customers and their team members.

What the extension does

The extension has a single purpose: to log your own LinkedIn outreach activity into your Crafted CRM account and to show your CRM follow-up queue while you browse LinkedIn. You sign in with your existing Crafted CRM account, and the extension only acts on activity you perform yourself.

Information the extension processes

To do its job, the extension processes the following, all tied to your own Crafted CRM account:

  • Your LinkedIn outreach activity — the messages and connection requests you send on LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
  • Basic details of the LinkedIn contacts you reach out to (such as name and profile URL), so the activity can be recorded against the right contact in your CRM.
  • Your Crafted CRM session, used to authenticate requests to your CRM account.
  • Technical error diagnostics (such as error messages and stack traces) used only to diagnose crashes. These do not include the content of your LinkedIn messages.

How the information is used

The information is used solely to provide the extension's features:

  • To record your outreach activity in your Crafted CRM account.
  • To display your CRM follow-up queue on LinkedIn pages.
  • To detect and fix errors so the extension keeps working.

Who the information is shared with

Your data is sent only to the services needed to run the extension:

  • Your Crafted CRM backend (crm.reflektlab.ai), to store your activity and return your follow-up queue.
  • Sentry, our error-monitoring provider, which receives technical error diagnostics only.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data, and we do not use it for advertising or any purpose unrelated to logging your own CRM activity.

Why the extension asks for its permissions

The extension requests only the permissions it needs to function:

  • Access to LinkedIn and Sales Navigator pages — to detect the activity you perform and show your follow-up queue overlay.
  • Access to your Crafted CRM domain — to send your activity to, and read your queue from, your CRM.
  • Local storage — to keep your session and a local copy of your follow-up queue between page loads.
  • Scheduled background tasks — to periodically sync your activity and refresh your queue.

Storage and retention

Session data and a cache of your follow-up queue are stored locally in your browser and can be cleared by removing the extension. Activity recorded in your CRM is retained as part of your Crafted CRM account and is governed by your CRM data settings.

Your choices and rights

You can stop all processing at any time by removing the extension from your browser. To access, correct, or delete activity stored in your Crafted CRM account, contact us using the details below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights over your personal data under applicable law (such as the GDPR).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
