Reflekt Lab Is Now an Activateur France Num

France Num, the French government's programme for the digital transformation of small and mid-sized businesses, has listed us in its network of Activateurs. Here is what the label checks, what it commits us to when a company contacts us, and where to start if you have a project.

A small workshop linked by a glowing path to a large public building with columns, with an open toolbox and a rosette on the path

Reflekt Lab is now part of the Activateurs France Num. France Num is the French government's programme for the digital transformation of small and mid-sized businesses, run by the Direction générale des entreprises at the Ministry of the Economy. Its Activateurs network brings together more than 4,000 digital experts (advisers, consultants, software vendors, trainers, developers) whom businesses can find and contact on francenum.gouv.fr. For a business owner looking for help, the label says two things: France Num has checked our activity and references, and we have signed a charter that sets out our obligations to you.

What the label checks

France Num requires that the company's main activity is the digital transformation of French small businesses, that it has been operating for more than six months, that it can show references in that field and that it runs a working professional website in French. Each application is reviewed before listing. Ours was put on hold once, because our legal notice page was missing; we published it and the application went through.

What we commit to

The Activateurs charter sets four plain rules, which we apply to every company that contacts us, through France Num or not:

  1. Reply within 48 working hours, confirming the request has been received.
  2. Listen before proposing: understand the business and its constraints, answer clearly, keep to announced deadlines.
  3. Follow the project as defined with you at the start.
  4. State precisely what the services are and what they cost.

On that last point we go further than the charter: our prices are published. Scoping starts at €2,000, a first piece of software in production costs €5,000 to €15,000 at a fixed price, a code audit is €2,500 and maintenance starts at €400 a month. The steps are on how we work.

What we do

We are a small engineering team based in Bordeaux. We build custom software and AI integrations for companies of 10 to 500 people, when off-the-shelf tools do not fit how they work: custom ERP modules, AI on your own data, taking over existing code and a fractional CTO.

If a process costs your team hours every week, describe it to us in a few lines: what you do today, with which tools, and where it gets stuck. We reply within 48 working hours with a first read and a price range.
